All prices and sales are final.  Must be paid up front. Work will begin once payment has been received. All of my Prices include Sales Tax or Shipping. 


You must give me a time frame (reasonable time is at least 2 weeks) in which to finish your commission, otherwise you agree to offer me as much time as I wish to complete your request (up to one year).
